APPOINTMENTS:
When scheduling an appointment, please tell me:
1) the city/state (time zone) in which you live
2) the amount of time you would like to spend in session
3) two different times/days when you are available
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm Arizona Time. Please check the time difference before calling. Wait to tell me about your condition during our scheduled appointment time. I can work with any condition or issue. If you are trying to decide if my services are "right" for you, just give me a call and we can chat.

SKYPE IS FREE TO DOWN LOAD ONTO YOUR COMPUTER. (Go to www.Skype.com) Calls are free if both parties have Skype. You may need headphones and/or a microphone. If you want to be totally unattached, use a web camera with a built in mic.
SPECIAL PACKAGE RATE:
Many people like to do on-going sessions to keep their health, emotions and goals on track. To do on-going weekly or bi-monthly sessions you may receive a discount of $10 per hour or $5 per half an hour.
HOW TO PAY:
*All payments must be received at least 24 hours in advance, before the session via Pay Pal, money order or check. The fastest and easiest method is Pay Pal which only takes a few minutes on line. It is also very safe and is used worldwide.
To pay with Pay Pal go to www.PayPal.com Sign up if you are a new user, otherwise log-in. Go to the "Send Money" tab at the top of the page. Enter my email address (info@RobinEagleSage.com) in the "to" box . Type in your email address in the "from" box. Type in the amount of the service and then with what means you would like to pay (check or credit card, etc.) I will receive a confirmation notice as soon as you have paid. This will confirm your appointment.
To pay with a check or money order please call for my address.
POLICIES & DISCOUNTS
- Please wait to tell me about your condition during our scheduled appointment time. I can work with any condition or issue. If you are trying to decide if my services are correct for you, just give me a call and we can chat.
- New clients will not be charged during the time it takes to fill out an initial intake form (5-10 minutes).
- Payments are due at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- All information either spoken or written during your session is strictly confidential and will never be shared with anyone without your prior consent.
- All questions must be asked within the time frame of the scheduled appointment, which will end on time. Otherwise, you will be charged extra for minutes spent in 15 minute increments, which still must be paid ahead of time.
- 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment, otherwise a $25 late fee will be charged.
- If you refer a friend who books an appointment with me, you will receive a $10 discount on your next session.
- If you can not pay the entire price of the session please read about my "discount day" below.
- I am not a doctor and my services are not to be substituted for the advice or treatment of a medical doctor.
- I have the right to decline service to any client or patient.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available. They may be sent to your recipient via email or snail mail. The certificates are beautiful and may be tailored to your specifications.
DISCOUNT DAY
For those of you who can not afford my rates, I offer sessions for $30.00 off on: 1 hour, 45 minute and 30 minute sessions on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. These fill up fast, so call ahead of time to book your appointment. |
