MI Training, Level 11, Week 2, Homeplay

.
  1. AP Reading: (30-45 mins each.) Read their heart and it's 4 chambers. Give a healing as you go and use your procedures. From now on always send me the recording and leave a summary here.

2. Add the heart to your MI Book. Be very thorough in the Anatomy Handbook and simplified in the Cheat Sheet. Make sure you know the circulatory pattern of the heart and how the blood gets in and out.

3. Ground and give yourself a healing on your heart daily.

3. Listen to one Abraham audio or meditation. Write it's name here and one sentence about what touched you the deepest.

    1. AP Reading: My AP’s heart is a place where she gets intuitive direction as well as a place that holds vast memory from and about the universe. Her heart had some anger and frustration in the choices and behavior of others that are not as enlightened as her. This created a hard, crackle-like shell on the outside of it. To heal this, she can think of the flip-side of these situations, like when people leave trash, it is creating jobs for garbage men and allowing others to salvage what they leave.

    2. Heart added to MI book.

    3. Heart Healing: I haven’t been doing this daily, but I’ll try to do it the rest of the week.

    3. I listened to Ask and It Is Given by Abraham-Hicks. I loved every word of it especially on making goals, and then really being present. Also, how we are innately designed to continually be making goals and they will never all be fulfilled and that’s ok.

    1. My AP’s heart is healthy. Her heart chambers revealed she has access to information from all the ages and energy available. There was self-doubt. A message from her heart is to be content with her life, get present & focus on her intentions & calmly let things flow. She is definitely being guided and helped by her guides.

    2. Done.

    3. Doing most days.

    4. Abraham Hicks ~ Listen To This Every Morning In 2017 For A New Life. What touched me was the reminder that I can choose my vibrations more deliberately.

    1.) Ap reading sent: Summary
My Ap was experiencing some resistance to opening up to a new life and the work entailed. She also was still carrying residual guilt related to her son. Her son was present to let her know that he’s rejoicing with how far she’s come. In order to heal she needs to bring in more unconditional love and explore outside of her comfort zone with activities and marketing herself.

    2.) Heart Anatomy finished.

    3.) Doing every other day.

    HEART
    Spiritual:
The color comes immediately. Green. Feels alive and vital. PINK. It is safe here, soft with hugs… acceptance and approval. There is a quiet understanding of the “Big Picture”, the universe and way beyond. Warmth & compassion. The love is so profound, pure, absolute, a miracle. It is the love that generated in my womb with the creation of my two sons. It resides here in my heart now.

    Physical:
The veins bring the de-oxygenated blood to the right side of the heart. Chamber is right atrium. It is pumped into the right ventricle and then to the lungs where carbon dioxide is released and oxygen is absorbed. The oxygenated blood then travels back to the left side of the heart into the left atria, then into the left ventricle from where it is pumped into the aorta and arterial circulation. Back to the body. After circulation, the veins bring it back to right atrium and the process repeats. The heart is a pump. The contractions to operate the pump are electrical. The heart creates it’s own electrical impulses and controls the route the impulses take via a specialized conduction pathway.
This pathway is made up of 5 elements:
    1. The sino-atrial (SA) node
    2. The atrio-ventricular (AV) node
    3. The bundle of His
    4. The left and right bundle branches
    5. The Purkinje fibres

    1. AP Reading: My AP had blockages in her heart related to beliefs taken on from her mother and years of not being able to take care of self due to responsibilities caring for others. We healed this area by dusting out and blowing out the impact of this energy in the heart. She also had a portion of her heart that was anchored and connected to her spiritual center. Recording sent.

    2. Done: The heart is a muscular organ that functions as the body’s circulatory pump. It takes in deoxygenated blood through the veins and delivers it to the lungs for oxygenation before pumping it into the various arteries (which provide oxygen and nutrients to body tissues by transporting the blood throughout the body). The heart contains 4 chambers: the right atrium, left atrium, right ventricle, and left ventricle. The atria are smaller than the ventricles and have thinner, less muscular walls than the ventricles. The atria act as receiving chambers for blood, so they are connected to the veins that carry blood to the heart. The ventricles are the larger, stronger pumping chambers that send blood out of the heart. The ventricles are connected to the arteries that carry blood away from the heart. The heart functions by pumping blood both to the lungs and to the systems of the body.

To prevent blood from flowing backwards or “regurgitating” back into the heart, a system of one-way valves are present in the heart. The heart valves can be broken down into two types: atrioventricular and semilunar valves. Atrioventricular valves (AV) valves are located in the middle of the heart between the atria and ventricles and only allow blood to flow from the atria into the ventricles. The AV valve on the right side of the heart is called the tricuspid valve because it is made of three cusps (flaps) that separate to allow blood to pass through and connect to block regurgitation of blood. The AV valve on the left side of the heart is called the mitral valve or the bicuspid valve because it has two cusps. The AV valves are attached on the ventricular side to tough strings called chordae tendineae. The chordae tendineae pull on the AV valves to keep them from folding backwards and allowing blood to regurgitate past them. During the contraction of the ventricles, the AV valves look like domed parachutes with the chordae tendineae acting as the ropes holding the parachutes taut.

    3. Meditation: Did this most days.

Reminder to express gratitude and daily affirmations out loud to set intentions and to manifest these into our lives – not only for individual growth, but the spiritual healing and growth of the universe and humanity.

Spiritual Value of Heart: Wonderment, joy, childlike innocence, connection to trees and the pulse of the earth and creation in all forms through nature and animals. Respect for traditions, culture, and spirituality. Reiki and other forms of hands-on healing activity the electrical charge in the heart, which sends a healing signal through the body. Each quadrant of the heart can have a different story or emotions. The impact of past lives on our behaviors, emotions, etc.

    1. Did not exchange heart reading with AP.

    2. Spiritual Value: Expansive, deep, nourishing. Has the capacity for light-speed non-local healing. Fear can lock it up, close it down, put a labyrinth around it, chain it, crush it, etc. This organ contains a major portal which allows us to transcend and bend time and space
Quadrants- Right Atrium: This quadrant functions properly when the individual is accepting of his/her self and harnesses his/her own energy and perceived faults rather than working against them.
Mitral Valve: Entry point into the depths of the heart (from another to the individual). Tendency for blockages here jamming up the opening, making it difficult to have control of the energy, out of fear surrounding relationships and vulnerability.
Right Ventricle: This is a major site of intentions, aspirations, and dreams, and our own personal course of action of manifesting (or not) these intentions.
Left Atrium: Current state of heart as the sum total of its journey thus far and how it has handled major events.
Tricuspid Valve- Entry point into the depths of the heart (from the Higher Self or Source Consciousness into the individual). Very high-vibration energy here, dreamy and inspirational. The clarity of reception of Divine messages depends on how clear and open this valve is.
Left Ventricle: This is where we hold our coping mechanisms- when we can’t handle what we are being dealt and we space out, or bury our emotions, or harden, toughen, get aggressive, ect. Within this quadrant is the information, energy, and knowledge we need to work through unhealthy coping mechanisms and adopt new, healthy ways to cope.

Physical Value: The heart is roughly a fist-sized muscular organ at the center of the circulatory system, which pumps oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to all the organs in the body. Valves within the heart ensure that blood flows in the right direction, and electrical signals are sent from the electrical system which controls the heart to contract the heart walls. The heart sends carbon dioxide in the blood to the lungs, so that we can breathe it out.
There are four chambers within the heart- the right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium, and left ventricle. The septum separates the right chambers from the left chambers. Oxygen-depleted blood enters the right atrium from the superior and inferior vena cavae, then is pumped into the right ventricle. The tricuspid valve separates these two chambers. From the right ventricle, the blood is pumped into the lungs through the pulmonary arteries. Once in the lungs, it picks up more oxygen from within the capillaries, and drops off carbon dioxide to the lungs, to be exhaled. Oxygen-rich blood passes to the heart from the lungs through the pulmonary veins.
The pulmonary veins pump blood into the left atrium, which passes through the mitral valve and into the left ventricle. The blood is then pumped to the rest of the body through the aorta. The heart needs nutrients and oxygen too, so some blood is pumped into the coronary arteries on the surface layer, which send oxygen-rich blood to all parts of the heart.

    3. Done. Been going to the ocean and allowing the waves to wash through my heart and clear the space in the valves.
