    1. My AP was hiding from her own magnificence, and not feeling like she deserved to be seen; thus, not allowing others to see her. In the healing, we moved out 2 men in her space, and watched her grow huge in sparkling, expansive, empowered energy.

    2. Doing it sporadically.

    3. Pancreas: Spiritual Value: A gentle energy of relaxation, and also including interests, projects, fun. This is where we take on and process other people’s emotions, and remember to be true to ourselves. Physical Value: The pancreas is a spongy, tube-shaped organ, about 6 to 10 inches long, which sits behind the stomach in the upper abdomen. The pancreas has two main functions: an exocrine function that helps in digestion and an endocrine function that regulates blood sugar. In the exocrine function, which is about 95% of the pancreas, it secretes digestive enzymes into the small intestine for digestion. The endocrine component of the pancreas consists of cells (islets of Langerhans) that create and release important hormones directly into the bloodstream. Two of the main pancreatic hormones are insulin, which acts to lower blood sugar, and glucagon, which acts to raise blood sugar.

    1. AP Reading: An old pattern related to survival mode functioning from childhood and a past life that although served her well in the past, it is no longer necessary in this higher vibration life she has created. We did a healing and clearing of this pattern and the effects of it on her life now and moving forward.

    2. Meditation: Working on this.

    3.Pancreas
Spiritual Value: The pancreas is about personal and energetic boundaries. It really likes to be balanced – physically its function is to monitor blood glucose levels, but this sense of balance applies to emotions as well. When we suppress or ignore or emotions and engage in unhealthy behaviors around food, the pancreas feels this intensely. There is an electrical element to the pancreas like a heartbeat. When we take on energy from others, our pancreas is impacted because we are not fully in balance when our energy is being depleted.

Physical Value: The pancreas is a long, slender organ, most of which is located posterior to the bottom half of the stomach. Although it is primarily an exocrine gland, secreting a variety of digestive enzymes, the pancreas has an endocrine function. Its pancreatic islets—clusters of cells formerly known as the islets of Langerhans—secrete the hormones glucagon, insulin, somatostatin, and pancreatic polypeptide (PP). Hormones regulate both the storage and the utilization of glucose. Receptors located in the pancreas sense blood glucose levels, and subsequently the pancreatic cells secrete glucagon or insulin to maintain normal levels. Receptors in the pancreas can sense the decline in blood glucose levels, such as during periods of fasting or during prolonged labor or exercise. In response, the alpha cells of the pancreas secrete the hormone glucagon, which stimulates the liver to convert its stores of glycogen back into glucose, and it’s released into the circulation for use by body cells.

    1.) Ap reading on pancreas

Her pancreas was wanting more heartier balancing foods such as avocados and bananas to help keep blood sugar balanced. Pancreas wants her to start going to bed earlier. She would also benefit from taking new classes to help get her out of mundane place. A spiritual audio will help renew spirituality and give a fresher perspective and new attitude.

2.) Meditation- Paying closer attention to sustaining my blood sugar through attention though I’m not meditating though.

    3.) Pancreas

    Physical Value:

The pancreas is 2 glands combined into an organ. Part of the function is the release enzymes which help to break down the food. This is done by exocrine cells which release enzymes into ducts. The enzymatic juice goes down into the pancreatic duct and then enters into the duodenum. The other function of the pancreas is to produce insulin and glucagon that go into the blood stream to help maintain blood sugar (glucose) levels. The process is from the stomach, the partially digested food flows directly into the first part of the small intestine, called the duodenum. It is here in the duodenum that bile from the liver and digestive enzymes from the pancreas enter the digestive system.

    Spiritual Value:
Our pancreas wants us to feel secure with ourselves and balanced in every area of our life. It’s very sensitive to outside energy and how we’re feeling. The pancreas responds negatively to anxiety and fear which can causes the body to become sensitive. It’s concerned with energetic boundaries especially those from our parents in childhood. Our pancreas wants to teach us how to stay neutral without taking on the charge of others energy. It enjoys balancing nourishing foods such as avocados and likes soft outdoor hobbies such as sitting around a campfire.

    1. AP Reading on Pancreas:
I saw in my AP’s pancreas that there was a machine she had placed there in order not have to process certain emotions that she was sensitive to. She put it there to be able to keep a more refined outer self appearance. We removed the device and connected to a past life where she had lost much and felt deep sorrow. I also saw very strongly in the pancreas was the path she had created in front of her which she is diverging slightly on (in a good way). *Interesting to not that the energy of goals, life path choices, direction lie within the pancreas.

    2. I have been meditating, but not on the pancreas. I will do that.

    3. MI Book:
    Pancreas:

Spiritual Definition: Energetically, the pancreas is like a big manly bodyguard, guarding what comes in and out. He examines things, processes them, cleans them and sends them out. The pancreas is sensitive to emotions. If there is too much anger, blood flow is restricted. The pancreas processes emotions of others around you as well. The pancreas likes it when you stay true to the course you have designed. It likes projects and interests. It gets board when there are a lack of projects and direction. The energy of goals, life path choices, direction lie within the pancreas. Being happy with what you have makes the pancreas happy, rather than trying to do too much. The pancreas also helps you feel energetic boundaries with people. It doesn’t like too much sensory overload. The pancreas also like relaxation, fun experiences, sharing of gifts and talents, natural outings, gratitude, being authentic to your Self and feeling content.

Scientific Definition: The pancreas is a long flat gland located inside the belly (abdomen). It is a bout 6 inches long. The head of the pancreas is on the right side of the abdomen and is connected to the duodenum (the first section of the small intestine) through a small tube called the pancreatic duct. The narrow end of the pancreas, called the tail, extends to the left side of the body. It sits just behind the stomach and part of the small intestines loops just behind it. It is part of the endocrine system and the digestive system. The endocrine system is the collection of glands of an organism that secrete hormones directly into the circulatory system to be carried towards distant target organs. It’s two major functions are to assist in digestion and to aid in blood sugar regulation.

    2. Meditated a few days only.
    3.PANCREAS
Spiritual: Regulates internal imbalances and keeps emotions stable. Anxiety, anger, grief affect the pancreas. Soothes, calms, relaxes.

Physical: – The function of the pancreas is to help with digestion. It mainly does this by secreting insulin, which helps the cells in the body use glucose, which is their main fuel. The pancreas also secretes other digestive juices and enzymes. These digestive juices flow through ducts into the duodenum, which is the lower part of the stomach and the upper part of the small intestine.
