  1. AP Reading: Read one healthy color of self-love in your AP's space for 20 minutes each. Set an alarm and record it as usual and send it to your AP.

2. Add to your Love List Google Doc. The invite was sent to you.

3. Practice saying hello to the good in you and allow the color and sensation to strengthen.

4. What is the opposite of fear?

5. Set your AP readings for the next two weeks. They should be completed each week by the weekend.

    1. My AP today was Robin. We explored a healthy green color of self love. In summary, She is definitely a nature woman who experiences lots of woods and trees, but also has a cautious side because of a prior history of poison oak. Laying on the grass is a spiritual experience for her. She needs natural surroundings to feel fresh and alive. Additionally she loves horses and feels most in tune when on the back of a horse.

    2. My love list was written.

    3. I am practicing saying hello to the good in me. Various colors are appearing.

    4. The opposite of fear is love

    1. Reading one healthy color in my AP’s space revealed that he has a great resource of clear sight fuelled by and backed by a huge influx of spirit-essence.

    When I focused on the good in me, I connected it to what I am doing. I sense that there is a level of frequency that is independent of what I do but connected to the simple fact that I exist.

    4. What is the opposite of fear?

    Groundedness. When we’re afraid we’re not in our bodies. When we ground our spirit returns into our body, so groundedness is the opposite of fear.

    5. Set your AP readings for the next two weeks.

    1. Read my AP color of self love was yellow. I was able to see the activities that would enhance my AP’s connection to source, and thus increase his feeling of self love. I saw that these activities that brought him joy, and peace, allowed him to be connected and feel self love.

    3. Meditated multiple times during the week on the color yellow, said hello to the good in myself.
    Was able to increase the time of feeling good, and with less effort. Brought feelings of self acceptance, and unconditional love. Will continue to practice this.

    4. Courage, bravery. Faith, trust in source and in oneself.
