Find a magazine that you really like and would be excited about advertising in. Remember that you can advertise in any state or country as you work over the phone and Skype. Blog about: 1) The magazine name 2) The size of the ad that you would like to run 3) The price of the ad.
I would advertise in Natural Awakenings Magazine. The cost is $510 for 6 months. My ad would say “Experience energy healing or medical intuitive session(s) for mind, body, spirit. Sessions available via Skype or phone. Email for an appointment and pricing: EnergyHealerNan@gmail.com”
The past couple of readings I have done have brought home to me the importance of being true to myself — not being ashamed of my needs or afraid of stating them and that I am strong enough to do what is needed to care for myself first.
I will advertise in Western Carolina Woman, Strength, Wisdom, and Grace, (a friend of mine has her artwork featured on the cover this month). I would take out a 1/8 or even 1/32 display page ad (I will put the ad image together) for four months. I am waiting to hear what the cost is, and whether it can be billed by the month.
My readings in December (I took a vacation and have not done any in January yet), are resonating with me on the level of taking bolder steps to have specific offerings and put them out there: structure, creativity, and invitation.
