    1.) Reading on Adrenals
There was stress accumulated in her left ovary. To heal she needs to find adaptogenic herbs and have more down time with herself while teaching her kids the benefits of relaxing interaction at home. The right ovary had her mother’s energy. In order to heal a letter would be beneficial as well as setting parameters around of time spent with her mom. Grounding at beach in the sand and taking time for just her will help her adrenals help cope with stress during the rest of the summer.

2.) I’ve spent time connecting. My adrenals are wanting something more to be passionate about. They’re enjoying energy again and friedships.

    3.)Physical Value:
There are 2 parts to the adrenal glands, the adrenal cortex is the outer layer which produces hormones, one of which is called cortisol, which helps regulate metabolism and helps our body respond to stress. The adrenal Medulla the inner part of the gland produces adrenaline which is the hormone that allows us to ‘react’ to stress. Glucocorticoids released by the adrenal cortex include: Hydrocortisone which is called cortisol, it regulates how the body converts fats, proteins, and carbs to energy. It also helps regulate blood pressure and cardiovascular function.

    Spiritual Value:
Our adrenals are about feeling safe in our body and our world. They’re triggered with stress, anxiety and depression all which depletes them. They want us to adhere to our boundaries with ourselves and others. Reminding us that it’s important to express our needs long before we get into an angry stressed place. The adrenals are in direct link with our brain and they regularly talk to each other. They want us to be in a place of homeostasis. The adrenals love to be pampered and meditation, walks and nature.

    1. AP Adrenal Reading:
My AP’s left adrenal felt lifeless with a heavy fog surrounding it from being a sensitive person and living with her mother who is more abrasive since birth. Her right adrenal was overworking and felt masculine. Her healing included an energy of freedom knowing she gets to choose who she allows in her space now as well as taking salt baths and dipping in the ocean in a ritualistic way. Living with more of a sense of ease will also be a strong healing energy for her.

    2. Meditations: My adrenals want me know rest more and to feel good about it. They also want me to have more alone time especially by the water as well as to feel my passions.

    3. Adrenals MI Book:
Spiritual Definition: Energetically, the adrenal are like a security guard showing you where your
boundaries are. When you do to much, say yes to to much or have poor boundaries, they are
there to communicate this to you. The adrenals decide when to release energy and when not
to. They collaborate the release of hormones and chemicals and minerals with the rest of the
body. I saw this as a place that decides if disease is allowed or not in the body. They also hold
the momentum behind ridding the body of an illness. They are a major orchestrator in the
    body’s communication with the soul.

Scientific Definition: The adrenal glands are a part of the body’s endocrine system. The
endocrine system is the collection of glands of an organism that secrete hormones directly into
the circulatory system to be carried towards distant target organs. The adrenal glands are
found just above the kidneys and are about the size of a walnut. The right adrenal gland is
shaped like a cone and the left is slightly larger, shaped like a crescent moon. They produce
steroid hormones including adrenaline and cortisol. They influence the functioning of every
tissue, organ and gland in your body to maintain homeostasis during stress, helping to keep you
to stay alive. They also have important effects on the way you think and feel. The main purpose
of your adrenals is to enable your body to deal with stress. They largely determine the energy
of your body’s responses to every change in your internal and external environment. Whether
they signal attack, retreat or surrender, every cell responds accordingly, and you feel the results.
The adrenal glands are surrounded by a fatty capsule and lie within the renal fascia, which also surrounds the kidneys. Each gland is made of the outer adrenal cortex and the inner medulla, both of which produce hormones. The adrenal cortex is devoted to production of hormones, namely aldosterone, cortisol, and androgens. The cells of the medulla are the body’s main source of adrenaline and noradrenaline. I’m sorry, I don’t know why my comments are spaced like that. I’m having issues with my word program that my MI book is on.

    AP Reading – pending
    2. Daily reading done most days. Spiritual summary validates the daily messages.
    3. MI Book –
    ADRENAL GLANDS
    Spiritual:
Left: Affected by past trauma, painful memories. Letting go of & processing past events is crucial to keep the body free of disease. Fear creates disease. Left adrenal felt sluggish, depressed, tired and without motivation.. Dry, empty and in need of nourishment and hydration. Sensitive emotional center – needs hope and light.

Right: Regulates anger, hormonal changes, reasoning, sleep requirements. Important as to sorting out reality from fantasy. Are my fears valid? Healing disease depend on recognizing personal responsibility and releasing anything not for my highest good.

    Physical:
    Adrenal Gland Essentials
The adrenal glands are two glands that sit on top of your kidneys that are made up of two distinct parts.
    • The adrenal cortex—the outer part of the gland—produces hormones that are vital to life, such as cortisol (which helps regulate metabolism and helps your body respond to stress) and aldosterone (which helps control blood pressure).
    • The adrenal medulla—the inner part of the gland—produces nonessential (that is, you don’t need them to live) hormones, such as adrenaline (which helps your body react to stress).

When you think of the adrenal glands (also known as suprarenal glands), stress might come to mind. And rightly so—the adrenal glands are arguably best known for secreting the hormone adrenaline, which rapidly prepares your body to spring into action in a stressful situation.
But the adrenal glands contribute to your health even at times when your body isn’t under extreme stress. In fact, they release hormones that are essential for you to live.
Also, extra work done on hormones and disorders and included in the MI Book.

We looked at different aspects of AP’s journey in life, the changes. Take it in small sips, focus on getting the important things done. She can create her life however she wants it to be. Where she’s going on her journey looks bright, freeing and expansive. We moved out some fear, and long-held resistance at parents’ expectations of her. She has a strong core and can weather all aspects of the journey well.

    2. They want homeostasis, grounding and peace. Time alone. To feel safe.
    Have only meditated twice.

    3. Spiritual Value: The adrenals are about balance among our emotions, self-nourishment and our ability to handle the outside influences that come our way. They give us the flexibility to know what inner resources to use in a given situation to keep us safe. There are different ways and perspectives that we can see. The adrenals help us know where to focus when we are dealing with a particular situation, giving us clarity in what’s important in the moment and what to let go of in the moment.

Physical Value: The primary function of the adrenal glands is to kick the body into gear in the face of a stressful situation. They produce catecholamines from the adrenal medulla and the steroid hormones from the adrenal cortex, which orchestrates the stress response, making the body more alert, more energy efficient, and ready to face the stressful situation. Adrenal hormones are also involved in other functions, including regulating electrolyte balance, blood sugar levels, metabolism, and influencing sexual characteristics.

The adrenal cortex is the large outer region of the adrenal gland. It has 3 layers or zones, each of which produces its own group of steroid hormones. One of the steroid hormones, aldosterone (the principal mineralocorticoid), acts upon the kidneys to regulate the important balance of sodium, potassium, and water reabsorption.

Another steroid hormone is cortisol (the principal glucocorticoid). It is sometimes referred to as the “stress hormone.” Like the catecholamines described above, it helps the body respond during times of stress, such as injury or emotional trauma. Cortisol is essential because of its effects on metabolism. It maintains the body’s energy (glucose) supply and regulates fluid balance.

The adrenal medulla sits in the center of the adrenal gland. It produces hormones called the catecholamines. They are both hormones and neurotransmitters, because they are produced and secreted by sympathetic nerves, including neurons in the brain. The primary catecholamines are epinephrine (adrenaline), norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and dopamine. Epinephrine makes up about 80 percent of catecholamines released from the adrenal medulla into the blood.

Catecholamine release is part of what is termed the body’s fight-or-flight response. The physiological changes that occur, directed by the adrenal catecholamines, are:
*The heart beats faster and more forcefully to pump blood, especially to the brain and muscles.
*Stored glucose and fatty acids are freed to be used for energy, especially by the brain.
*Metabolic rate increases: oxygen consumption and body heat rise.
*In the lungs, bronchioles dilate, increasing the flow of air.
*Smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract and sphincters contract, while muscles in the uterus and trachea relax.
*Motor activity and other nonessential activities slow to conserve energy for other, more crucial functions.

AP Reading – Left adrenal had a thicker heavy region near the upper cortex – storing past traumas – Message was to try to not take issues as so serious and hopeless. Look to to spirit guides for help – they are abundant and waiting for you to ask. They will help shed light in the shadows. Right adrenal is more masculine and can help with reality checks to broaden perspectives.

    1. AP Reading: Left adrenal was related to a conflict with someone in her life where there is tension and it was encouraging her to examine her role in and to understand how she perpetuates it so that it can be healed. The right adrenal was more focused on freedom and the way in which “putting on a happy face” is draining her and she needs to spend more time on her self.

    2. Meditation: My adrenals want sleep and continued separation and boundary setting with certain family members.

    3. Spiritual Value: The adrenals don’t let you “hide out” or avoid taking responsibility for your own life and are about setting healthy boundaries. The adrenals will give you an honest answer and tell you what you are doing wrong and what you can do better. The left adrenal is more focused on emotions and the right side is more focused on physical functioning and the body. The adrenals can help heal disease by causing individuals to reexamine their life and patterns and how their own role in this causes stress on the bod or illness allowing for new patterns to developed.

Physical Value: The adrenal glands belong to the endocrine system. They are a pair of triangular-shaped glands, each about 2 in long and 1 in wide that sit on top of the kidneys. The adrenal glands are responsible for the release of hormones that regulate metabolism, immune system function, and the salt-water balance in the bloodstream; they also aid in the body’s response to stress. The adrenal glands have a rich blood supply and experience one of the highest rates of blood flow in the body. They are served by several arteries branching off the aorta, including the suprarenal and renal arteries. Blood flows to each adrenal gland at the adrenal cortex and then drains into the adrenal medulla. Adrenal hormones are released into the circulation via the left and right suprarenal veins. The adrenal gland consists of an outer cortex of glandular tissue and an inner medulla of nervous tissue. The cortex itself is divided into three zones: the zona glomerulosa, the zona fasciculata, and the zona reticularis. Each region secretes its own set of hormones.

    1. AP Reading:
Tune in with yourself to understand what is most important to you, get in sync with that and KNOW that you can manifest it. Let go and trust that you have all of the energy and time you need to manifest, to bring to fruition and live your purpose and be in your wholeness and fullness. Release all fear that you don’t have enough and know that everything is available to you. Embrace your own divinity.

    2. My adrenals want unity of self and ONLY self in my space, and for me to take care of my own needs first. And sleep.

    3.MI Book:
Spiritual Value: Left adrenal is the more emotional of the two. It is all about boundaries and the importance of taking care of yourself before you can get resentful. The left adrenal is very valuable as it can provide information on what you or another person is doing, what patterns they are repeating, to make them sick. Stores traumas and determines how one’s life will manifest based on their thoughts, reactions, beliefs, and perspective regarding the trauma.
Right adrenal largely about how one perceives themselves and their worth, and how they will show up in the world based on this perception. This adrenal will be depleted and have to work harder if there are feelings of “dirtiness”, shame, unworthiness, and anything other than self-love present. This adrenal has many layers which, when functioning properly, create a protective layer around the human field in order to protect against environmental toxins, emfs, etc., and give the body resilience.
Disease becomes trapped in the body when there is resistance present- when there is much chatter, especially negative thoughts pertaining to self, in the body, and this clogs up the natural flow. The adrenals help in the process of examining the self to understand why the disease manifested in the first place, so it can be healed and released.

Physical Value: The adrenal glands are wedges of glandular and neuroendocrine tissue adhering to the top of the kidneys in a fibrous capsule. The adrenals have a rich blood supply with one of the highest rates of blood flow in the body. Several arteries branching off of the aorta, including the suprarenal and renal arteries, supply this blood, which flows to each adrenal gland at the adrenal cortex and then drains into the adrenal medulla. Adrenal hormones are released into the circulation via the left and right suprarenal veins. The cortex secretes the hormones mineralocorticoids, glucocorticoids, and adrenal androgen, all of which are derived from cholesterol. Epinephrine and norepinephrine, hormones responsible for increase in cardiac output, vascular resistance, and all of the physiologic characteristics of the stress response, are secreted by the medulla into the bloodstream.
