    1. Have been doing Daily Meditation, but not silent. I will do that the rest of the week.

    2. Emailed you a copy of revised New Patient Form.

    3. AP Reading:
Read my AP’s dizziness and headache which was caused by controlling and frustration energy around feelings of not being able to protect her son who has passed. She also, was not having enough “me” time. Her cures were to release her son and any notion that she could have/should have been able to protect him as well as to indulge in time with herself feeling joy.

    4. I will update when I’ve studied Diabetes and updated it in my MI book.

Diabetes Mellitus: A group of diseases of abnormal chemical reactions in the body known as a metabolic disorder. With diabetes, the body experiences high levels of blood sugar levels over a prolonged period of time. The body’s ability to produce or respond to the hormone insulin is impaired, then the body is not able to process carbohydrates properly, producing elevated levels of glucose in the blood and urine.
Diabetes is caused by the pancreas not producing enough insulin or the cells of the body not responding properly to the insulin that has been produced.
Type 1 is the form in which the pancreas does not produce enough insulin.
Type 2 is the form in which the cells fail to respond to the form in which the insulin has been produced.
Gestational diabetes occurs when a woman who is pregnant without previous history of diabetes develops high blood sugar levels.
Type 1 must be treated with insulin injections. Type 2 may be treated by diet and exercise.
Side effects of diabetes include blurry vision, headache, fatigue, increased appetite with weight loss, itchy skin, skin sores that do not heal well or in a timely manner.

1.) I practiced 2 days for 10 minutes each day.

    2.) Revised patient form sent.

3.) Ap reading: Question- ‘What is the cause of my pacemaker getting set off so frequently and how can I heal this?

The causes of her ICD being activated are relating with her wanting to give up and throw in the towel. She feels that she’s being punished when it shocks her which is relating to her relationship with her father. In order to heal this I saw her envisioning each of her parents as childeren while she sits and relates to them as well as practices forgiveness. It’s important that she recognizes her worth in this iifetime and finding modalities that remind her of her value. I felt that chanting mantras such as ‘I deserve to be here, I’m valuable as well as seeing her ICD recaliberating her body from a place of love not punishment is important to help her get to a healing place.

    4.) Diabetes-
A disease that affects how our body uses blood sugar (glucose). Glucose is important because it’s the fuel for our muscles, tissue and brain. Diabetes means that there is too much sugar in the blood. It affects the body’s ability to use the hormone insulin. Insulin is produced after we eat food and the blood sugar is sent to the rest of the body. The purpose of insulin is to have the cell open to receive glucose. Diabetics produce too much insulin in their bodies and too much blood sugar is in the blood. There are 3 types of diabetes. Type 1,2 and gestational. Treatment is insulin, non-insulin as well as dietary and exercise changes. If left untreated this disease can affect a person’s sight, kidneys, nerves, hands and feet as well as gastrointestinal track.
-Type 1- This is found in children or teenagers where the pancreas doesn’t produce insulin. This type of diabetes is in the 5-10% of our population. Causes are genetics and environment.
Type 2- This type is also called ‘adult onset diabetes’. 9% of diabetics have this type. It usually affects people after the age of 45. This type is where the body doesn’t produce enough insulin or where the cells can’t use the insulin efficiently. Causes are obesity, high cholesterol and diet as well as family history.
Gestational Diabetes- Affects 18% of pregnant women. It usually goes away after pregnancy though once you have this type, future pregnancies will usually be affected as well with it.

1.Doing meditation intermittently, not every day.

    2. Done

    3. My AP’s migraines were caused by anger and tension in the jaw, some parental & past life energies, which we cleared in the healing. The anger comes from holding back her expansive and authentic self in her job, mostly.

    4. A condition in which there is a chronic excess of sugar (glucose) in the blood. The body’s ability to produce the hormone insulin is impaired, causing abnormal metabolism of carbohydrates and elevated levels of glucose in the blood and urine. An alternate cause may be that the cells of the body are not responding properly to the insulin that is produced.
There are several types of diabetes, the predominant ones being:
Type 1 DM (Diabetes mellitus): Previously referred to as “Juvenile Diabetes,” it results from the pancreas not producing enough insulin. This type must be managed with insulin injections. The symptoms in this type may develop rapidly, within weeks or months.
Type 2 DM: The most common type. It begins with the cells of the body not responding to insulin. As it progresses further, there may become a lack of insulin produced. This type was previously referred to as “Adult-Onset Diabetes.” The most common causes are excess body weight, not enough exercise, poor diet, and stress. The symptoms of this type develop more slowly and may even be absent.
Gestational Diabetes: Occurs when pregnant women develop high blood sugar levels, and they have not had a history or diabetes. It usually resolves after the birth of the baby.
The classic symptoms of untreated diabetes are weight loss, increased urination, thirst and hunger. Other symptoms may be blurry vision, headaches, fatigue, slow healing of cuts, and itchy skin.
To help prevent diabetes: Eat foods low in saturated and trans fats, low in sugar and carbohydrates. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Get physical exercise. Lose weight if you have more than 30% body fat.

“As of 2015, an estimated 415 million people had diabetes worldwide, with type 2 DM making up about 90% of the cases. This represents 8.3% of the adult population] with equal rates in both women and men. Diabetes at least doubles a person’s risk of early death.[2] From 2012 to 2015, approximately 1.5 to 5.0 million deaths each year resulted from diabetes.” ~ Wikipedia

    2. Emailed New Patient form.
    3. AP reading MP3 file emailed. Swollen gland in her throat being caused by a blockage. Needs to take care of herself and validate herself that she DOES do “enough.”

      Brief Definition:
a disease in which the body’s ability to produce or respond to the hormone insulin is impaired, resulting in abnormal metabolism of carbohydrates and elevated levels of glucose in the blood and urine.

Insulin, a hormone made by the pancreas, helps glucose from food get into your cells to be used for energy. Sometimes your body doesn’t make enough—or any—insulin or doesn’t use insulin well. Glucose then stays in your blood and doesn’t reach your cells.
Type 1 diabetes: If you have type 1 diabetes, your body does not make insulin. Your immune system attacks and destroys the cells in your pancreas that make insulin. Type 1 diabetes is usually diagnosed in children and young adults, although it can appear at any age. People with type 1 diabetes need to take insulin every day to stay alive.
Type 2 diabetes: If you have type 2 diabetes, your body does not make or use insulin well. You can develop type 2 diabetes at any age, even during childhood. However, this type of diabetes occurs most often in middle-aged and older people. Type 2 is the most common type of diabetes.
Managing your diabetes means managing your blood glucose, blood pressure, and cholesterol, and quitting smoking if you smoke. A healthy diet and physical activity are important too. Following your diabetes treatment plan may include taking diabetes pills, insulin, or other shots, as well as medicines for related health problems. Some types of surgery, such as weight loss surgery, may be options for certain people with diabetes.
