1.) heart and body meditation- was amazing to feel alot more release this week and more love for self and others. I feel more softened lately.

2.) Tony Robbins- Date with Destiny movie was incredible!!! I loved his techniques and was literally jumping up and down with the crowd! I cried many tears of joy through this beautiful experience and it truly was one of the most empowering workshops I’ve ever seen. Inspired me to do more mantras daily and a new vision board. One of the quotes that i truly resonated with the most was ‘If our parents had been who we’d wanted them to be than we wouldn’t be the people who we are today.’! Love this!!!!

3.) Health- Green smoothies daily and swimming a few times this week. Also new job is about 5 hours of walking straight and noticing that if i’m a little sluggish that my work lately boosts my energy once I start moving.

    1. Meditations done. I could feel the change my heart chakra went through since our healing in our last class. I feel so much better now, filled with more kindness to myself and unconditional love.
    2. I loved the Tony Robinson movie and how he uses his intuition combined with his life experiences in his life’s work. It was inspiring and motivational to face my fears and own my life.
    3. I’ve continued exercising and feeling great. I’ve had my green smoothies, but not every day. I can feel the difference when I have it and when I don’t.

    1. Daily Meditation: I really enjoyed exploring my heart chakra this week. I was able to go vast and deep and to be present without so much fear. I’m learning more about what my heart needs and how to be more open and loving to myself.

    2. I loved the Tony Robbins movie! It was so moving and inspirational and it brought together in a really interesting way so much of what we have been learning in class. I deeply got how we can be changed – altered in body and mind – in one minute and how powerful that is. I see how that opportunity is part of what we also create during readings. I was reminded how there is this connection, like an invisible chord, connecting all of humanity and that we are all like mirrors for each other. We can all relate to each others suffering and want the same things – to be loved, to feel safe, etc. How as humans we often need to be “seen” and the value of having these moments be witnessed by others and the additional energy that brings for healing and transformation. I loved the exercise at the end where you reflect on your first memory and begin to trace it back through your life.

    3. Health: I have been prioritizing sleep and feeling much more grounded and balanced. Working long hours right now so very difficult to get in regular exercise but walking a lot when I can and doing smoothies. When I’m more active I feel like my energy is more dispersed and less built up, decrease in stress, and more confident.

    1. Meditations done. I have been working on my heart chakra this week. Have been releasing a lot. Has been difficult at times but know it will be rewarding.

    2. Great movie. Tony Robbins has a strong presence. It is nice to be able to take in the information you need and still maintain your own individuality. Will do another vision board and implement that with my kids. Will look at all the experiences I have had, good and bad, and be thankful for them. All the experiences I have had, good and bad, has made me the individual I am.

    3. Health: Walking/running 4 times a day with my dog (my healer). Trying to get more sleep (teen agers, ugh), Love, love green smoothies. Exercise and healthy eating helps me emotionally and physically.

1- Breathing every day and feeling more and more the power and will of my Spirit.
2- I love the movie a lot and I loved Tony Robbins. I had some issues with someone saying “fucking” every other word, but the way he helps people it is surely amazing.
3- a lot of good aerobic movement for me this week. In my life everything have been moving super fast as well. And every time I feel overwhelmed I just move more and jump more and empower myself more. Im founding a strength I dident knew I had.

      2. I suggest taking a deeper look at why you are opposed to the F word. Perhaps some of your greatest strength may arise from this as you see what in yourself you have denied, IE the masculine side. The” get the fuck out of my way, because nothing and no one is going to stop me!” side.
      3. I’m so glad Maia!! You are powerful!

    1. Most days. Most of the time I feel a dark block in front of my heart. I do some healing work and attempt to move it out. Usually, though, it’s at 11pm and I’m so tuckered out, it’s difficult to focus.

    2. Loving the movie. I still have a half hour to go, so the exercises must be in that last part. Very inspiring and moving. He does have a powerful presence.

    3. Green smoothies daily. Love them, and that’s all my stomach and body want in the morning. Occasionally doing jumping jacks or running a short distance. Trying to move my body more. It definitely cheers me up and makes me feel more playful. Still only getting 5 – 6 hrs of sleep a night, and my days are full on too busy till I get that rental house completed!

    3) Green smoothies daily, except missed one this week, plenty of water and rest. Didn’t get to swim a few days so not as much movement, and i really do need it! I can feel the difference and i don’t like it. I need to push thru my resiatance. My daily routine will help with that!
