1.) Vertebrae- Cervical, Thorasic and Lumbar.

    2,)Physical Value-
Bone is the substance that forms the skeleton of the body. It is composed chiefly of calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate. It also serves as a storage area for calcium, playing a large role in calcium balance in the blood. The 206 bones in the body serve several other purposes. They support, protection and movement. Compact-80%-outer layer. Osteocytes-ring around canal. Star shaped. Osteoblast- make new bones and rebuild. Osteoclast- Reabsorb existing bones and reshape. Assist in new passages for vessels, nerves and veins. Lining- flat bones, movement molecules. Spongy bone, end of bones. Red marrow-inside flat bones, Yellow marrow- inside long bones.
Spiritual Value- Storage house of past generations, family energy. Bones hold anger and bitterness and are deeply affected by both. They carry us through life and are our underlying strength and courage, i.e. (back bone). Created from the ocean and coral. Calcium is main ingredient that makes up.

    Physical
Bone marrow- The soft, spongy tissue in the center of many bones, makes and stores blood cells. The bone marrow contains the different types of cells (stem cells) that give rise to the red cells, white cells, and platelets found in our blood. The marrow may also contain abnormal cells, proteins, or inflammatory reactions that are not normally present, such as cancer cells in some individuals. Since the production of red cells requires iron, the marrow is one of the places in the body that normally stores a supply of iron.

Spiritual- Home of the bone. Receiver of messages, holds beliefs at this point. Negativity deeply affects this area, emotional bank account of the bones. Approval strengthens, shame depletes.

    Physical Value-
Bone Cancer- A malignancy of bone. Primary bone cancer (cancer that begins in bone) is rare, but it is not unusual for cancers to metastasize (spread) to bone from other parts of the body, such as the breast, lung, and prostate. The most common type of primary bone cancer is Osteosarcoma, which develops in new tissue in growing bones. Another type of cancer, Chondrosarcoma, arises in cartilage. Ewing’s sarcoma begins in immature nerve tissue in bone marrow. Osteosarcoma and Ewing’s sarcoma tend to occur in children and adolescents, and chondrosarcoma occurs most often in adults. Pain is the most frequent symptom of primary and metastatic cancer in bone. Bone cancer can also interfere with normal movements and can weaken the bones, leading to fractures. Diagnosis of bone cancer is supported by findings of the medical history and examination, blood tests (including measuring the level of the enzyme for the enzyme alkaline phosphatase), and X-ray studies, and it is confirmed by a biopsy.

Spiritual Value- Cancer occurs through self- punishment, self- betrayal, guilt and burying emotions which stay trapped and come through very toxic into the body and cells. Self- berating and not listening or honoring self. Hearing and seeing sexual abuse and secrets as well as shame around this, being a ‘good little girl or boy’ not making waves, tip toeing around to serve others needs before oneself. Holding and burying anger towards oneself or others manifests as cancer. Not seeing your worth in a lifetime.

3.) Ap reading- I saw many stories and phases of life stored in the bones. Primarily appeared healthy though I saw injuries in skull as well as arthritus which appeared inflammed. To heal these areas I envisioned an energetic helmet filled with nutrients to heal her skull and filling herself with self belief to heal here hands and wrists.

4.) Greys Anatomy- Watching later today.

Please form complete sentences. This, for example, does not make sense: Calcium is main ingredient that makes up. Please re- read your hw twice or more to double check it.

Please re-write #1. the bones more thoroughly. And make spaces to give grater clarity. See Ruth’s hw below.

    1. Sacral (S1-S5)
    Lumbar (L1-L5)
    Thoracic (T1-T12)
    Cervical (C1-C8)

    2. BONES
Spiritual Value: The health of the bones are intimately inter-connected with the intensity of our emotions. The more we allow ourselves to feel, the happier the bones will be to perform their duties. Flooding the body in high-vibration thoughts and emotions bathes the bones in the light they need for their health and sur-thrival. The coding in our bones determines “how much we can take”; how flexible we are in regard to life events. We have the power to change these codes by changing our thoughts. Bones hold history and information, and is where the scrolls of our souls journey throughout many lives are stashed.
Physical Value: Hard, calcified tissue made up of collagen and mineral salts and forms the skeleton of most vertebrates.

    BONE MARROW
Spiritual Value: Marrow is to bone as the heart is to the body. Without it, the bone cannot survive. It’s circuity sends out strong pulses of electrical energy. Keeps the bone stabilized and in right equilibrium. This is the part of the bone which directly feeds on the emotions and sends signals to the bones in accordance to the host’s state of mind; mediator between vibratory frequency of heart and health of bone. Keeps the bone safe and does its best to absorb elements which are toxic to the bone.
Physical Value: The spongy, red, soft tissue that fills the bone cavities and the source of red blood cells, platelets, and most white blood cells.

    BONE CANCER
Spiritual Value: Commonly occurs in a state of crisis or trauma which shatters one’s reality and the individual does not stop to contemplate his/her life’s priorities and align with their Truth and true purpose, instead going into chaos and shock. Or, when one simply is not aligned with the Higher Self, present in the body, and strongly grounded to the Earth. This creates a lack of vigor and vitality accompanied with panic and fear about one’s place on this Earth, which eventually results in bone rot and decay, or “jelly bones”.
Physical Value: Can form in the cells of the bone (primary bone cancer), or spread to the bone from another part of the body (secondary bone cancer). Some types of primary bone cancer- osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, and chondrosarcoma.

    3. Saw an access point for psychic attack, right where cervical vertebrae meets thoracic vertebrae. There was an energetic gap here due to her brain having an energetic missing link to her heart, because of confliction between intuition and intellect and the belief that one is better than the other. We synchronized these energies so that her internal guidance system can use all of its resources to be strong.
There was a general tired feeling to her bones- with need to rest and bathe in light. Saw within her sternum an ancient connection with the phoenix, who is a power symbol for her to realign with her Truth and fan her fire, stepping into her strength once more.

    4. Halfway through Grey’s Anatomy- will update.

      4. Autoimmune Disease- A disease in which the body produces antibodies that attack its own tissues, leading to the deterioration, and sometimes destruction, of that tissue.

Right Ventricle- one of the hearts four chambers, located in the lower right portion of the heart.
Responsible for pumping oxygen-depleted blood to the lungs.

Pulmonary Atresia- a birth defect of the pulmonary valve, which is the valve that controls blood flow from the right ventricle to the main pulmonary artery (the blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the lungs).

    1. Cervical spine: 7 vertebrae (C1–C7)
    Thoracic spine: 12 vertebrae (T1–T12)
    Lumbar spine: 5 vertebrae (L1–L5)
    Sacrum: 5 (fused) vertebrae (S1–S5)
Coccyx: 4 (3–5) (fused) vertebrae (Tailbone)

    2. Bones

Spiritual Value: Bones keep the records of our soul’s experiences in this lifetime and others. This is different than the blood which stores memories and emotions, the bones are more about the keeper of the stories as information we can access to learn about our past and provide insight to our emotional /behavioral patterns in this lifetime for healing.

Physical Value: Bones are hard, rigid form of connective tissuecomposed chiefly of calcium salts. There are 206 separate bones in the human body. Collectively they form the skeletal system, a structure bound togetherby ligaments at the joints and set in motion by the muscles, which are secured to the bones by means of tendons. Bones, ligaments, muscles, and tendons are the tissues of the body responsible for supporting and moving the body. Some bones have a chiefly protective function. Other bones, such as the jaw and thebones of the fingers, are concerned chiefly with movement. The bone marrow in the center manufactures blood cells. The bones themselves act as a storehouse of calcium, which must be maintained at a certain level in the blood for the body’s normal chemical functioning.

    Bone Marrow

Spiritual Value: The place where joy lives in the body. Located in the middle of the bones, and sometimes in pockets towards end of bone. When we keep secrets (our own or on the behalf of others), the energetic imprint of these secrets lives in the bone marrow. It can turn to poison and build up toxins in the body if it’s not released. Bone marrow can send messages and functions like a factory to produce blood.

Physical Value: Bone marrow is the spongy tissue inside some of your bones, such as your hip and thigh bones. It contains stem cells. The stem cells can develop into the red blood cells that carry oxygen through your body, the white blood cells that fight infections, and the platelets that help with blood clotting. With bone marrow disease, there are problems with the stem cells or how they develop:

    Bone Cancer

Spiritual Value: Dysfunction of normal operations – like cars driving down wrong side of street. Unable to carry out expected functions and inability for blood cells to travel through the pathways of the blood to carry nutrients and help release toxins needed for optimal health.

Physical Value: Bone cancer is a malignant (cancerous) tumor of the bone that destroys normal bone tissue. Not all bone tumors are malignant. In fact, benign (noncancerous) bone tumors are more common than malignant ones. Both malignant and benign bone tumors may grow and compress healthy bone tissue, but benign tumors do not spread, do not destroy bone tissue, and are rarely a threat to life. Malignant tumors that begin in bone tissue are called primary bone cancer. Cancer that metastasizes (spreads) to the bones from other parts of the body, such as the breast, lung, or prostate, is called metastatic cancer, and is named for the organ or tissue in which it began. Primary bone cancer is far less common than cancer that spreads to the bones.

    3. AP Reading: AP’s bones enjoy exercise and movement, but also contained grief and sadness from trauma during childhood and as a result of challenging relationships (parents and previous partners). To heal, we brushed her bones from head to feet and she connected with the whales (and a whale bone) to sing for further healing.

    4. Greys
Pulmonary Atresia: Pulmonary atresia is a birth defect of the pulmonary valve, which is the valve that controls blood flow from the right ventricle (lower right chamber of the heart) to the main pulmonary artery (the blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the lungs). Pulmonary atresia is when this valve didn’t form at all, and no blood can go from the right ventricle of the heart out to the lungs.

Craniotomy: A craniotomy is the surgical removal of part of the bone from the skull to expose the brain. Specialized tools are used to remove the section of bone called the bone flap. The bone flap is temporarily removed, then replaced after the brain surgery has been done.

Anticoagulants, commonly referred to as blood thinners, are substances that prevent or reduce coagulation of blood, prolonging the clotting time.

    Bones

Spiritual Value: Memory keepers where memories are documented and stored. Similar spiritual significants as whales and similar in the way sacred text is kept like in the Book of the Dead from Egypt.

Scientific Definition: A rigid organ that constitutes part of the vertebrate skeleton. Bones support and protect the various organs of the body, produce red and white blood cells, store minerals, provide structure and support for the body, and enable mobility.

    Marrow

Spiritual Value: The orchestrator, or parent of blood. It produces when healthy, restful, when you relax and surrender to the flow of life.

Scientific Definition: Bone Marrow is the flexible tissue in the interior of bones. In humans, red blood cells are produced by cores of bone marrow in the heads of long bones. Bone marrow produces approximately 500 billion blood cells per day, which use the bone marrow vasculature as a conduit to the body’s systemic circulation. Bone marrow is also a key component of the lymphatic system, producing the lymphocytes that support the body’s immune system.

    Bone Cancer

Spiritual Value: Energy of bone cancer: Anger, stubborn, inflexible, digging your heals in refusing to accept. Also being too flexible, not standing up for yourself, being a push-over, lack of conviction.

Scientific Definition: Also known as Bone Tumor is a neoplastic (an abnormal growth) of tissue in bone. Abnormal growths found in the bone can be either benign (noncancerous) or malignant (cancerous).

    3. AP reading:
I saw my AP’s bones to be flexible and healthy in general. I saw her flowing with life as a reflection of her bones. I saw a few things needing to be released and healed such as a protective coping mechanism she had used due to being an empathic child. I also saw she needed to bring soft pink unconditional love into her heart as the final piece of the reading which we did.

    4. Gray’s Anatomy:
    1. Ventilator: A machine designed to move breathable air into and out of the lungs, to provide breathing for a patient who is physically unable to breathe, or breathing insufficiently.
    2. Coagulation (also known as clotting) is the process by which blood changes from a liquid to a gel, forming a blood clot.
    3. An embolism is the lodging of an embolus, a blockage-causing piece of material, inside a blood vessel. The embolus may be a blood clot (thrombus), a fat globule, a bubble of air or other gas (gas embolism), or foreign material. An embolism can cause partial or total blockage of blood flow in the affected vessel.

    VERTEBRAE

33 bony segments of the spinal column:

    7 cervical

    12 thoracic

    5 lumbar

5 sacral —-the five sacral vertebrae fuse to form a single bone, the sacrum

4 coccygeal vertebrae ——the four rudimentary coccygeal vertebrae fuse to form the coccyx.

    BONES

    Spiritual Value:
Pale yellow. Hungry for optimal nutrition, craves vitamins & minerals especially Calcium. Tiny cysts front of bone esp. near lower shins & ankles. Indicative of loss of balance & instability. Correlates to the structure of the Universe. Gently massage all rugged edges smoothing ritualistically. Posture relates to self-worth and pride. Self-love / Hold My Head High!! Old bones. More fragile but so precious holding the wisdom of the ages. Take meticulous care of the older bones through nutrition, exercise, and posture. Honor thy bones!

    Physical Value:
A bone is a rigid organ that constitutes part of the vertebrate skeleton. Bones support and protect the various organs of the body, produce red and white blood cells, store minerals, provide structure and support for the body, and enable mobility. Bones come in a variety of shapes and sizes and have a complex internal and external structure. They are lightweight yet strong and hard, and serve multiple functions. Bone tissue is a hard tissue, a type of dense connective tissue. It has a honeycomb-like matrix internally, which helps to give the bone rigidity. Bone tissue is made up of different types of bone cells. Osteoblasts and osteocytes are involved in the formation and mineralization of bone; osteoclasts are involved in the desorption of bone tissue.

    BONE MARROW

    Spiritual Value:
Reflects deepest beliefs relating to self and core values. Extreme emotions are centered here – pure joy, the deepest devastation, and Grief & guilt. Optimal health here is the core of our essence – Bone Marrow directly affects our red cell production and protection of the body through WBC formation. Our emotions and regulation of feelings affect every cell in our bodies.

    Physical Value:
A soft highly vascular modified connective tissue that occupies the cavities of most bones and occurs in two forms: one that is yellowish, consists chiefly of fat cells, and is found especially in the cavities of long bones and one that is reddish, is the chief site of blood cell formation.

    BONE CANCER

    Spiritual Value:
Irregular shapes and sizes in an out of control growth pattern. Deep hurt. Longstanding resentments. In ability to process and move on in life. Stagnant. Stuck. Get in our own way. Chaotic fears and thought. Bizarre and irrational thinking.

    Physical Value:
Bone cancer is an uncommon cancer that begins in a bone. Bone cancer can begin in any bone in the body, but it most commonly affects the long bones that make up the arms and legs.
Cancers that are sometimes called “bone cancers” start in the blood forming cells of the bone marrow − not in the bone itself. The most common cancer that starts in the bone marrow and causes bone tumors is called multiple myeloma. Another cancer that starts in the bone marrow is leukemia, but it is generally considered a blood cancer rather than a bone cancer. Sometimes lymphomas, which more often start in lymph nodes, can start in bone marrow

    1. Cervical C1 – C7
    Thoracic T1 – T12
    Lumbar L1 – L5
    Sacrum S1 – S5 fused
Coccyx = tailbone: 3 to 5 vertebrae fused

    2. Bones:
Spiritual Value: Help us connect with our deepest self, our deepest soul and life structure. They are a portal to accessing our past memories & experiences, held over all lifetimes and ages. They help us “keep it together” in strength in difficult situations.

Physical Value: A hard, porous connective tissue that makes up the structure of the skeleton. Its main ingredient is calcium salts. It also contains a cartilaginous tissue that makes it tough, yet flexible. There are 206 bones in the body.

    Bone Marrow
Spiritual Value: Like Santa’s workshop, bringing joyful first life to each cell being produced, with deep love and intention. Each cell is imbued with the energy of the Higher Power, God, The Oneness & thus brings that energy into the world as it is produced.

Physical Value: Soft tissue filling the inside cavities of bones. Yellow marrow, which is mostly fat cells, fills the larger bones. Red marrow produces erethrocytes (RBCs) and leukocytes (WBCs)

    Bone Cancer
Spiritual Value: As lichen covers rock, the cancer cells suffocate the normal cells and impose their own agenda. In life, allowing things, people and thoughts to suffocate our vitality.

Physical Value: A malignant tumor that destroys normal bone tissue. Most bone cancers start elsewhere and metastasize to the bone.

    3. AP has an inner strength that radiates into her bones, keeping them strong. Feeling unsupported by others drains the energy in her legs and causes her to not be able to move forward in her life easily. The healing work she does makes her marrow happy & grounds and heals her as well. Saw a sweet connection, love & care between an American Indian mother & daughter. AP can bring that support to her in this lifetime. There are lots of new opportunities coming in for her.

    4. Creatinine: A chemical waste by-product of muscle function. High creatinine levels in blood show that kidneys are not functioning well, unable to properly eliminate the creatinine. Signs of low kidney function include loss of appetite, vomiting, itching, weakness and flu-like symptoms.
Spiritual value: Shows the level at which we are functioning in life, how we are handling pleasant & unpleasant experiences and emotions in life.

Rupture: A break or tear in a part of the body. Spiritual value: Inner or outer conflict; a break or tear in communication or relationships; irritable disagreement & chaos among a group.

    Multinucleate Cell Angiohistiocytoma:
Multinucleate Cells: Cells with more than one nucleus.
Angio: Relating to blood vessels or lymph vessels.
Histiocytosis: A term applied to a group of rare diseases, characterised by increased numbers of white blood cells (histiocytes) in the blood and tissues. In every form of these diseases, these cells, which are part of the immune system, begin to attack the body, including the bone marrow, liver, spleen, lungs, skin, bone and brain.

Compact bones are comprised of 80% of our bones and make up the outer layer. The other 20% is soft bone which is at the end of bones. Bones consist of of many cells, one of which is Osteocytes, Ostecytes job is to communicate with other cells. Osteoblast make new bones and rebuild older bones. Osteoclasts reabsorb and reshape exhisting bones as well as assist in new passages for vessels, nerves and veins. Lining cells are found in flat bones, They help with the movement of molecules.

Marrow- Inside marrow is where all of the blood cells are produced as well as a stroage facility for other minerals that we have such as Calcium, phosphorus and zinc. We also have 2 types of marrow in our bones, red marrow which is inside flat bones and yellow marrow that’s inside long bones. Both yellow and red bone marrow have many small and large blood vessels and veins running through them to let nutrients and waste in and out of the bone.
