    1. AP Reading – Brain – The first color came quickly. It was a deep healthy green. AP’s brain wanted to give thanks for all the good brain food that it has been receiving especially Omega-3 fats. Her brain did, however, request that AP drink much more water. There was a foreign body beneath the left parietal region that resembled a computer chip. Signals to and from alien entity were detected. All souls and beings that are not serving the highest and greatest good for AP were expelled and banished. The pineal gland was looked at and the message was to regulate sleep hours and get more regular rest. Also, AP was advised to relax time constraints and to lower expectations to alleviate stress.

    2. Brain added to MI book. Brief description included of white matter and grey matter added. Note the folds on the surface are called GYRUS and the groove is a SULCUS.
    Brain
The brain is composed of the cerebrum, cerebellum, and brainstem. The brain is composed of three parts: the brainstem, cerebellum, and cerebrum. The cerebrum is divided into four lobes: frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital

    • The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain and is composed of right and left hemispheres. It performs higher functions like interpreting touch, vision and hearing, as well as speech, reasoning, emotions, learning, and fine control of movement.
    • The cerebellum is located under the cerebrum. Its function is to coordinate muscle movements, maintain posture, and balance.
    • The brainstem includes the midbrain, pons, and medulla. It acts as a relay center connecting the cerebrum and cerebellum to the spinal cord. It performs many automatic functions such as breathing, heart rate, body temperature, wake and sleep cycles, digestion, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, and swallowing. Ten of the twelve cranial nerves originate in the brainstem.
The surface of the cerebrum has a folded appearance called the cortex. The cortex contains about 70% of the 100 billion nerve cells. The nerve cell bodies color the cortex grey-brown giving it its name – gray matter. Beneath the cortex are long connecting fibers between neurons, called axons, which make up the white matter.

The surface of the cerebrum is called the cortex. The cortex contains neurons (grey matter), which are interconnected to other brain areas by axons (white matter). The cortex has a folded appearance. A fold is called a gyrus and the groove between is a sulcus.
The folding of the cortex increases the brain’s surface area allowing more neurons to fit inside the skull and enabling higher functions. Each fold is called a gyrus, and each groove between folds is called a sulcus. There are names for the folds and grooves that help define specific brain regions.
    Right brain – left brain
The right and left hemispheres of the brain are joined by a bundle of fibers called the corpus callosum that delivers messages from one side to the other. Each hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. If a brain tumor is located on the right side of the brain, your left arm or leg may be weak or paralyzed.
Not all functions of the hemispheres are shared. In general, the left hemisphere controls speech, comprehension, arithmetic, and writing. The right hemisphere controls creativity, spatial ability, artistic, and musical skills. The left hemisphere is dominant in hand use and language in about 92% of people.
    Lobes of the brain
The cerebral hemispheres have distinct fissures, which divide the brain into lobes. Each hemisphere has 4 lobes: frontal, temporal, parietal, and occipital (Fig 3). Each lobe may be divided, once again, into areas that serve very specific functions. It’s important to understand that each lobe of the brain does not function alone. There are very complex relationships between the lobes of the brain and between the right and left hemispheres.
    Frontal lobe
    • Personality, behavior, emotions
    • Judgment, planning, problem solving
    • Speech: speaking and writing (Broca’s area)
    • Body movement (motor strip)
    • Intelligence, concentration, self awareness
    Parietal lobe
    • Interprets language, words
    • Sense of touch, pain, temperature (sensory strip)
    • Interprets signals from vision, hearing, motor, sensory and memory
    • Spatial and visual perception
    Occipital lobe
    • Interprets vision (color, light, movement)
    Temporal lobe
    • Understanding language (Wernicke’s area)
    • Memory
    • Hearing
    • Sequencing and organization

Messages within the brain are carried along pathways. Messages can travel from one gyrus to another, from one lobe to another, from one side of the brain to the other, and to structures found deep in the brain (e.g. thalamus, hypothalamus).
    Deep structures:
Hypothalamus – is located in the floor of the third ventricle and is the master control of the autonomic system. It plays a role in controlling behaviors such as hunger, thirst, sleep, and sexual response. It also regulates body temperature, blood pressure, emotions, and secretion of hormones.
Pituitary gland – lies in a small pocket of bone at the skull base called the sella turcica. The pituitary gland is connected to the hypothalamus of the brain by the pituitary stalk. Known as the “master gland,” it controls other endocrine glands in the body. It secretes hormones that control sexual development, promote bone and muscle growth, respond to stress, and fight disease.
Pineal gland – is located behind the third ventricle. It helps regulate the body’s internal clock and circadian rhythms by secreting melatonin. It has some role in sexual development.
Thalamus – serves as a relay station for almost all information that comes and goes to the cortex. It plays a role in pain sensation, attention, alertness and memory.

Added several illustrations of the brain’s anatomy to the MI Book.

    Pineal Gland
While the physiological function of the pineal gland has been unknown until recent times, mystical traditions and esoteric schools have long known this area in the middle of the brain to be the connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds. Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the pineal gland has always been important in initiating supernatural powers. Development of psychic talents has been closely associated with this organ of higher vision.
The third eye controls the various bio-rhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland, which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process. When it “awakens”, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain.
The pineal gland’s location deep in the brain seems to intimate hidden importance. In the days before its function as a physical eye that could see beyond space-time was discovered, it was considered a mystery linked to superstition and mysticism. Today it is associated with the sixth chakra.
A tiny pea-sized gland shaped like a pinecone, residing in the center of our brains, may hold the secrets to spiritual wisdom, inspiration, and psychic awareness. The Pineal Gland is vital for physical, mental, and spiritual health, while also being a gateway to higher consciousness.
It is widely believed that the pineal gland is key to our spiritual awakening and psychic abilities. Traditionally, the pineal gland is said to be the third eye chakra, otherwise known as Ajna or the eyebrow chakra, which is set back and between our two physical eyes.
According to theosophy, the pineal is an important psychophysiological center or chakra and is the source of clairvoyance and intuition. It has also been described as “the principal seat of the soul,” and the portal to the higher dimensions, as the pineal, or third eye, provides perception beyond ordinary sight. Interestingly, the pineal gland has been linked to the production of the psychedelic DMT, or dimethyltryptamine, DMT is the most powerful psychedelic substance known to man. Scientific experiments have discovered DMT in the pineal gland of rats. It is believed that DMT is released during near death experiences, and this may explain the enhanced spiritual connection and awakening that takes place. DMT brings higher awareness and wisdom. The pineal and third eye, when awakened enable, us to open up to have visions, clairvoyance and other psychic gifts. It is vital to our spiritual growth and consciousness to keep our pineal gland clear and free of toxic substances. As we become more toxic and the pineal gland calcifies further, we lose our spiritual connection to higher energies and our oneness with all that is.

Message from pineal: There is a tremendous amount of freedom that comes with forgiveness.
Often, we need to forgive ourselves for putting up with painful experiences and not loving ourselves enough to move away from those experiences.
      Affirm:
      I love myself.
      I forgive myself and others.
I focus on being in the moment.

    1. AP Reading:
I saw my AP’s brain as mostly healthy and vibrant with a shield she had placed in the center of it which was connected to her heart to protect her from attracting people that would cause hurt to her and her loved ones. In removing the device, I saw a connection to forgiveness that was needed for herself in this and another lifetime where she was very powerful and regretted when she had caused people harm. I saw that meditating even 5 minutes per day would help to heal her DNA and this mantra would help her brain to heal and vibrate higher: I forgive myself for every past, present and future event. I am free to be me.

    2. Brain

Spiritual Definition: The front part of the brain acts like a ship’s captain making quick decision, sending messages for the rear. The frontal lobes decide weather to go on auto-pilot or if a situation needs more immediate reaction, giving off responses, electric synapses happening. This part of the brain likes to be in cruise control and enjoys when things are to be as expected. The front part also categorizes things, judges things, anything that uses quick responses. This part also gives direction to the back of the body for movement.
The back portion, shows more complex thought, analyzing fine details that are deeper, richer and more intelligent. This is where we study something, create, expression, poetry, art, tapping into creativity when using creativity.
The white matter of the brain feels like a fairy godmother energy, trying to keep the peace, make sure everything is working well and that all departments are working well. It caries the energy of an inspector acting more ambiguous than other parts of the brain.
The pineal feels like the source of communication with galaxies and should like an antenna that can penetrate through space and time. The pineal likes to be grounded and clear which meditation helps with. An overthinking mind is extremely difficult for the pineal to work in. Schizophrenia is the ultimate block for the pineal. The pineal loves relaxation and trusting in what you see. It controls perception of reality and stored all memory of all time. The pineal is deeply effected by forgiveness and the lack thereof.

Scientific Definition: The brain is a three pound organ which is the center of the nervous system in connection to the spinal chord. The brain controls all functions of the body, interprets information from the outside world, and embodies the essence of the mind and soul. 1.) Ap reading:

Her crown is extremely open bringing in ideas of planetary and relationship work with her mate to help heal the world. She’s releasing guilt and has some pressure in the back of head around mother and female relatives. relating to headaches. To heal this she needs to work on speaking truth without guilt as well as craniosacral or wazu water work. I’m also seeing to put work energy into an energetic bag hours before bedtime to prepare for a healing restorative sleep. coming into a state of ‘no mind’ will be extremely helpful to heal brain daily.

    2.) Brain

    Physical Value:
The brain is an 3 lb organ which controls the entire body and it’s system. It interprets information from the outside world and controls all of our 5 senses. Sight, taste, touch, smell and hearing. It also controls our responses to external and internal situations and is responsible for communication, speech and all motor functions. The Cerebrum is the largest part of the brain and controls the left and right hemisphere. The brain is divided into 4 main parts, the frontal lobe, Parietal (top), Occipital (back) and the temporal lobe (side).
    Nervous System
    • Peripheral- Located outside of the brain. branches from the spinal cord and brain. It includes the Autonomic nervous system- breathing, bodily functions and hormones.
    • Central -Located inside of the brain. It controls most of body and mind and sight. It consists of white and grey matter. Consisting of axons and neurons.

    Parts and functions
    Temporal Lobe-language
    Occipital-sight
    Hippocampus-memory
    Amygdala-basic emotions
    Frontal- planning and motivation
    Parietal-movement
Lateral orbitofrontal- social and emotional response
Pineal Gland-Part of the Hypothalamus and is the smallest of the endocrine glands, only the size of a pea. It’s responsible for circadian rhythm, sleep and wake cycles, produces melatonin. It’s said to be the seat of the soul allowing us to see into other dimensions. It controls, hunger, sex drive, thirst and biological clock and aging process. It’s the seat between the spiritual and physical world allowing us to reach higher consciousness. It’s affected during meditation and yoga. It becomes more activated during sleep and meditation producing more melatonin.
    Nervous System
    • Sympathetic-fight or flight
    • Parasympathetic- recovery and rest.
    Spiritual Value:

This is where, we construct ideas through time and space. A cosmic engine. Our brain wants everything balanced and organized as well as to feel safe. Unconscious thoughts, addictions and dreams also reside here. There are many electronical currents surrounding our brain throughout as it talks to the body and the body talks back. A constant dialogue is always taking place between the body/mind. The brain also has access to dimensions beyond time into the cosmos which allows prophesies, insights and communication with other beings.

3.) Pineal Gland- My pineal gland wants me to stay connected to nature and to trust in the divine plan with faith. It wants me to trust what i see, feel and to respect myself and to believe that I’m important to recieve respect. My pineal wants me to see the world through Gods eyes so that i can heal and release anomosity towards all of the wrong doings I’ve undergone in my life, again so I can heal and to know that I have support in many other realms besides the earthly realm of exhistance. My pineal wants me to tap into that support by channeling my angels and guides and hawaiian ancestors.

    1. Saw a lot going on in the mind, causing distractability as a fleecy layer around her brain. She can be assertive, aggressive sometimes, not being aware of the impact she’s having on others. Saw her core energy empty and hollowed out and black, taken on by dark energy of father. Archangel Michael came in to help with the healing.

    2. I chose to focus on the limbic system.
Spiritual Value of the Limbic System: Like the dark, damp basement of a house, where the deep unconscious secrets and deep-seated emotions are held. Where the furnace and water pipes are, which is the basic fundamental functioning of the body to assure survival.
Physical Value of the Brain: The brain is approximately 3 lb., having a consistency of somewhere between jelly and cold butter, and it contains in the range of 100 billion neurons. Some of the neurons regulate breathing, heartbeat and blood pressure, and others control hunger, thirst, sex drive and sleep cycle. Additionally, the brain generates the emotions, perceptions and thoughts that guide one’s behavior. It directs and executes action. It is also responsible for the conscious awareness of the mind itself.
The brain’s physical structure broadly reflects its mental organization. In general, higher mental processes occur in the upper regions, while the lower regions govern basic life support. There are 2 hemispheres, each having its specific function. Cranial nerves enter the brain directly rather than connecting to the spinal cord. The brain’s most basic function is to keep the rest of the body alive.
    Some Structures of the Brain
Cerebellum: Responsible for balance and posture
Corpus Callosum: Main link between left and right cerebral hemispheres is a highway of more than 200 million nerve fibers
Hippocampus: Part of the limbic system, its main functions include spatial awareness, memory formation and recall.
Hypothalamus: Below the thalamus, many important functions including temperature control and basic behavioral drives, emotions and instincts, and automatic control of body systems and processes. It’s a vital link between the nervous system and endocrine system.
Medulla: Regulates vital functions such as heartbeat and respiration, blood pressure monitoring and control, as well as vomiting, sneezing, swallowing and coughing.
Pineal Gland: Where our life force comes in and then gets distributed to the body. Near the thalamus, it makes melatonin, which regulates the sleep/wake cycle.
Pituitary Gland: Pea-sized, it is referred to as the “Master gland” of the hormonal or endocrine system. It hangs by a stalk from the hypothalamus above. It has 2 lobes: the anterior lobe makes several hormones that release into the bloodstream to regulate other endocrine glands around the body. The posterior lobe receives 2 hormones along axons from the hypothalamus.
    Hormones produced by the Pituitary
Melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) – stimulates production and release of melanin, which determines skin and hair color.
Adrenocotricotropic hormone (ATCH) – triggers the adrenals to produce steroid hormones that control stress response
Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) – increases the activity of the thyroid gland, which controls metabolism
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) – stimulates the growth of the ovum-containing follicles in the ovary and activates sperm-forming cells
Luteinizing hormone (LH) – in the female stimulates ovulation and in the male the development of interstitial tissue in the testis
Growth hormone (GH) – regulates growth, especially in children
Oxytocin – causes contractions during labor; also involved in the release of milk from the mammary glands
Antidiuretic hormone (ADH) – controls amount of water removed from the blood by microfilters in the kidneys
Prolactin – a protein hormone that induces lactation in the mammary glands

Pons: Part of the hindbrain, “Crossroads” area consisting of nerve fibers
Thalamus: Processes and sends sensory information to higher brain areas (sits slightly left of center in the brain)

    LIMBIC SYSTEM
“Limbic” is derived from the Latin word “limbus,” meaning border or edge. The limbic system is situated in the center or core of the brain. Its major structures form a circular transition zone between the main cerebral cortex and the inner, more distinctive bodies of the lower brain. The structures of the limbic system are surrounded by the limbic lobe. The lobe forms a ringlike shape on the inner surfaces of the cerebral hemispheres, above and below the corpus callosum (the structure that connects the right and left hemispheres). The hippocampus and amygdala are not directly connected to this ringlike shape, but are considered part of the limbic lobe as well as being components of the limbic system.
The limbic system is involved in instinctive behaviors, deep-seated emotions, and basic impulses such as sex, anger, pleasure and general survival. It also forms a link between centers of higher consciousness, in the cerebral cortex, and the brainstem which regulates the body’s systems.
    Structures of the Limbic System:
Amygdala: A nucleus of almond-shaped neuron clusters located in the limbic area of the temporal lobe that are heavily involved in memory and emotional responses.
Hippocampus: Its main functions include spatial awareness, memory formation and recall. There are ion channels within that allow the exchange of sodium and calcium ions across the cell membrane. This makes it possible to generate nerve impulses. Damage to the hippocampus can prevent a person from forming new memories, even though memories from before the damage are intact.
Midbrain: Located in the uppermost part of the brainstem, the limbic system extends nerve fibers from the thalamus and other higher parts into this structure. It is involved in eye movement, body movement, and hearing. It includes the basal ganglia, a bundle of nuclei which is concerned with selecting and mediating movement.

    3. My pineal gland tells me I need to get to sleep earlier. It is important for me to prioritize, and not let myself be distracted so easily. It says to focus on it when meditating and it will help me drop in deeper and connect to the higher energies and get helpful messages for myself.

    1. AP Reading: I saw that AP’s brain very was being manipulated by a a foreign entity that was activating old “records” or stories / beliefs making it hard for her to move forward and depleting her physically. We did a healing and removed what looked like ticks in the brain to recharge her and so that reprogramming of the brain could take effect reflecting the higher vibration of her current life..

    2. Brain Spiritual Value: Front part of brain related to strategy, decision-making, and it is the place where thoughts begin to grow and manifest in the physical body. It’s also connected to patterns, repetitive thoughts, process of growth and evolution. The back area is where emotions are processed and the area in the brain where disease starts and spreads. The white matter feels like a place of creativity and where childhood and other memories are stored. It is a place of wonderment and innocence. The pineal gland is the place of dreaming, the crown chakra, where we connect with the stars.

Physical Value: The three main components of the brain—the cerebrum, the cerebellum, and the brainstem—have distinct functions. The cerebrum is the largest and most developmentally advanced part of the human brain. It is responsible for several higher functions, including higher intellectual function, speech, emotion, integration of sensory stimuli of all types, initiation of the final common pathways for movement, and fine control of movement. The cerebrum is divided into a right and a left hemisphere and is composed of pairs of frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobes.
The cerebellum, the second largest area, is responsible for maintaining balance and further control of movement and coordination. The brain stem is the final pathway between cerebral structures and the spinal cord. It is responsible for a variety of automatic functions, such as control of respiration, heart rate, and blood pressure, wakefullness, arousal and attention.

The left hemisphere controls the majority of functions on the right side of the body, while the right hemisphere controls most of functions on the left side of the body The crossing of nerve fibers takes place in the brain stem. The entire cerebrum is composed of two layers. The 20-millimeter thick outermost layer, called the cerebral cortex (or gray matter), contains the centers of cognition and personality and the coordination of complicated movements. As shall be seen, the gray matter is also organized for different functions. The white matter is a network of fibers that enables regions of the brain to communicate with each other.

The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland. It produces melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and photoperiodic (seasonal) functions. It is located near to the center of the brain between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join. Unlike much of the rest of the brain, the pineal gland is not isolated from the body by the blood-brain barrier system. It is reddish-gray and about the size of a pea.

    3. Pineal gland wants more dream time, openness, the scent of lilac flowers, and more meditation
