I can love myself by:
Breathing deeply
Exercising daily
Eating healthy foods= only vegetables, fruits, seeds, soaked nuts, legumes, grains and herbal teas.
Drinking plenty of water with electrolyte supplements (NOT Gatorade or anything artificial)
Walking outside and smelling the flowers
Having a job that pays well and makes me happy
Surrounding myself with loving people
Socializing and having fun in a healthy way
Thinking about myself first and foremost
Asking myself what makes me happy
Asking myself what I like to do and then doing it
Filling myself with love and light
Constantly praising and affirming myself
Looking in the mirror and feeling grateful
Smiling and feeling happy despite what is happening around me
Taking charge of my own life and making positive decisions
Having good boundaries
Spending time in nature
Doing what I love to do
Fulfilling my every need and desire
Focusing on what I want, not on what I don’t want
Staying present and grounded
Listening to my emotions which are my internal guidance system
Trusting myself
Being honest with myself and others
Sleeping for at least 8-9 hours per day
Staying grounded and centered
Staying positive and making changes when I need to
Being creative and learning new things
Falling in love with myself first and foremost
Validating myself
Loving myself no matter what (unconditionally) despite if I got x, y and z done today perfectly
